Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating a great dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Process payments using the POS system.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is an advantage but not essential.
