The Catering Project Group are looking for an experienced Commi Chef for an immediate start.
This role is vital to the success of our Catering Business and can affect the culture of the entire organisation. As Commi Chef, you will be hands on in preparing hot and cold food and ensuring a high level of performance, guest satisfaction and profitability.
Ideal candidate:
- Must have experience in volume food production
- Must be available to work from 5:00am
- Kitchen and café experience
- Experience preparing hot and cold food
- Experience preparing salads, sandwiches and oriental food
- Must be an all-rounder
- Must be very fast and able to follow instruction
- Great communication skills
- Experience in safe food handling a must
- QLD Driver's licence required
Working within a great team, you must be able to multi task and work cleanly.
