About the role:
As the Operations Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting day-to-day operations across our regional sites, ensuring grain is received, stored and outturned safely, efficiently and to quality standards. This role is varied, physically active, and ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance team culture
Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve operational targets and expectations
- Champion a strong safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and policies
Operating site equipment including front-end loaders, stackers and telehandlers
Managing the loading and unloading of trucks as part of daily operations
Build strong working relationships with site emploiyees, contractors, and stakeholders
- Participating in a 10 days on / 4 days off roster, including extended hours during peak periods
About You:
You don't need prior grain industry experience - full on-the-job training will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Essential Criteria:
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a current Australian driver's licence
Have permanent work rights in Australia
Be willing to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
Be reliable, adaptable and able to work rostered hours, including weekends and public holidays
