We're looking for a motivated and reliable Window Furnishings Technician to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in the industry or you're looking to start a new career, we'd love to hear from you. Full training is provided, and juniors are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands on position where no two days are the same. You'll work both in our workshop and out on site, helping manufacture, install, measure, and service a wide range of premium window furnishing products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing blinds, and other window furnishing products
- Measuring windows for custom made products
- Installing blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings, and related products
- Carrying out repairs and servicing
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Providing friendly, professional customer service on site
- Working closely with the rest of the team to deliver high quality workmanship

- Comfortable using hand and power tools (or willing to learn)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying products
- Well presented with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented and take pride in producing quality work
Essential:
- Current driver's licence

Experience
Experience in window furnishings, cabinetry, carpentry, glazing, construction, manufacturing, or similar trades is an advantage but not essential. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

Pay: $28.00 – $37.00 per hour
