We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join the Tax Practitioners Board.
As a Business Improvement Officer, reporting to the Project Manager, you will be part of the Client Services team, contributing to strategic and operational matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will oversee operational business projects and work closely with a range of stakeholders, to implement projects. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from end to end, including leading continuous improvement activities through training and educating staff.
You will be involved in the continuous review of procedures, correspondence, reporting and legislative changes.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Parramatta or Sydney CBD.
