Role Title: Client Relations Manager
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week
Salary: Starting from $80,000 per annum + 12% Superannuation

Montessori Care supports people with disabilities and older Australians to live with greater independence.
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to lead client engagement and service delivery across our team.
About the Role
As a Client Relations Manager, you will manage the daily relationship between Montessori Care and our clients. That means owning onboarding, service planning, incident management, and regular client reviews. You will supervise a team of over 100 support workers and act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and support networks.
What You Will Do

Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and support networks to drive quality service delivery
- Supervise and develop a team of support workers
- Lead service planning and delivery in line with NDIS and Aged Care standards
- Manage client onboarding, case notes, incident reporting, and coordination documentation
- Review client files regularly to ensure safe, consistent supports
- Represent Montessori Care in the community by attending events and connecting with healthcare providers
About You

Background in disability, aged care, or community services
- Proven ability to lead and develop a small team
- Confident using CRMs, case management systems, and digital tools
- NSW Driver's Licence & own vehicle is desirable
- NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
- Strong communicator who manages multiple stakeholders without losing detail
