We're a content marketing agency based on the Mornington Peninsula. We work exclusively with premium residential builders and trades businesses across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. About the Role
You'll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of clients. That means taking their business goals, building a content marketing strategy around them, briefing our production team on what to shoot and why, and then executing that strategy through social media, including writing captions, planning content mix, and managing their content calendars.
You'll also be the main point of contact for clients month to month. Our clients are builders. Most of them aren't marketing-native, so a big part of this role is educating them, keeping them informed, and helping them understand how what we're doing connects to the results they care about.
There's a settling-in period to learn our clients and our process. But you'll be doing this work from the start. We're not looking for someone building toward this role. We're looking for someone ready for it.
This is a part-time role, 18 hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. It's office-based in Mornington.
What You'll Do
- Build content marketing strategies from client business goals and own them across the full delivery cycle
- Write shoot briefs and give our production team the context they need before heading on site
- Write social media captions, plan content mix, and manage content calendars for each client
- Run monthly client meetings to review performance, update strategy, and keep clients across what's happening
- Educate clients on what we're doing and why, in plain terms they can understand
- Work directly with the agency director to keep strategy and delivery aligned
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2 to 3 years in a client-facing marketing role, ideally at an agency (account management, content strategy, or similar)
- Confident communicator who can work with clients who aren't marketing-native
- Strong writer who can produce social media copy that's on-brand and actually works
- Able to work independently and own your output without needing to be managed closely
- Data-informed decision maker who can use performance to guide strategy
Preferred:
- Experience in or genuine interest in the building and construction industry
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools
- Background at a creative or content agency
Compensation
$45 per hour plus superannuation. There's a clear path to grow into a full-time role as the business scales.
Pay: $68,892.68 – $95,000.00 per year
