Havenlink Inclusive Supports is hiring casual Support Workers across Adelaide's southern suburbs, with a particular focus on the Daw Park, Mitchell Park, and Somerton Park areas.

About the role
As a Casual Support Worker, you'll work closely with participants in their homes and communities, supporting them to live independently and reach their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting with domestic duties including light cleaning, cooking, meal preparation, and transport
- Engaging participants in community access and social activities
- Holding uplifting, calming, trauma-informed conversations
- Following Case Management Plans and Behaviour Support Plans
- Maintaining professional documentation, incident reports, and progress notes
- Supporting data collection for allied health professionals
- Working collaboratively with our clinical team, House Managers, families, and guardians
About you
- Mental health support experience highly regarded (not essential, but a strong advantage)
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disability and complex needs
- Reliable, resilient, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Required certifications
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance
- Current vaccinations
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Mental Health First Aid accreditation desirable
