Administration Assistant – Residential Building
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Administration Assistant to support a Residential Building Consultant in a busy home building business.
This role involves supporting clients from initial enquiry through to contract stage and helping ensure a smooth and well-organised building process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update client records and project progress
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their home build
- Respond to client and internal emails and calls in a timely manner
- Assist with preparing quotes and processing new enquiries
- Follow up with clients to ensure information is received on time
- Organise and maintain client files and documentation
- Support the preparation and progression of building contracts
- Assist with general administration tasks to keep projects moving smoothly

About You:
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable speaking with clients and following up information
- Experience in administration or customer service preferred
- Experience in construction or building industry is an advantage (but not essential)
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded but not essential (to service our overseas clients)
- Able to read plans is highly regarded but not essential
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
