We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented finance officer to join our team. This role combines financial administration with client account management responsibilities, ensuring efficient financial operations and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, managing client accounts, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions as required.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account inquiries.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare account reports and performance updates for management and clients.
- Coordinate contract renewals, billing, and account administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or account management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and account reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
