About the Role
As a Casual Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer while maintaining our high standards for food quality and store presentation.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve fresh pretzels, drinks, and other menu items
- Operate the POS system and process payments accurately
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Restock products and keep the store well presented
- Work as part of a supportive team during busy trading periods
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required
