About the Role
The Pricing Manager is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and commercially viable pricing solutions for facility management contracts and services. This role works closely with operations, business development, procurement, finance, and leadership teams to prepare cost models, tender submissions, and pricing strategies that support business growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and experience within integrated facility management, hard services, soft services, or property services environments.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop detailed pricing models for facility management bids, tenders, and contract renewals.
- Analyse labour, materials, subcontractor, equipment, and operational costs to ensure accurate pricing structures.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand service delivery requirements and resource planning.
- Prepare commercial proposals, financial summaries, and pricing schedules for clients.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Review tender documentation and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support contract negotiations and provide pricing insights during client discussions.
- Maintain and improve pricing tools, templates, and costing methodologies.
- Work with procurement teams to obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Ensure pricing complies with company governance, financial targets, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor awarded contracts against original pricing assumptions and identify variances.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across pricing and estimating functions.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven experience in pricing, estimating, commercial analysis, or bid management within facilities management or related industries.
- Strong understanding of hard FM and soft FM service delivery models.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience with tendering platforms and ERP systems advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially focused with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and financial analysis capability.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in pricing outputs.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation support capability.

Pay: $160,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
