This role is for someone who thrives on the floor. A natural host who is a strong operator. Someone who understands that great hospitality lives in the details — the pace of service, the mood of a room, the way a guest feels without needing to ask.
You’ll lead one of our signature venues, guiding the team, elevating the guest experience and creating a culture that feels warm, polished and genuinely connected.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily venue operations with a strong presence on the floor
- Inspire and develop a high-performing service team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with consistency and personality
- Manage rostering, labour, stock control and operational performance
- Maintain elevated standards across service, presentation and ambience
- Partner closely with culinary and beverage teams to bring experiences to life
- Drive team engagement, training and accountability
- Support commercial outcomes while protecting the integrity of the guest experience
