Marae Izakaya is a vibrant Japanese dining destination offering both Sushi Train and Yakiniku experiences. We are passionate about serving fresh, high-quality, and premium Japanese dishes in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic, creative and experienced Bartender to join us at Marae Izakaya located in Chadstone Shopping Centre. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

What you will need:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a bar or dining restaurant.
Strong knowledge of whisky and Japanese sake, with the ability to explain them confidently to customers.
At least 2 years’ experience with cocktails and solid practical bar skills.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English with customers.
A positive attitude and friendly personality are essential.
Must hold a valid visa with no work restrictions.
Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work across venues if required.
Must be available to work Friday nights and public holidays when required.
Must hold a valid RSA certificate

Approximately 30-38 hours per week, including weekends.
Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).
