The most suitable applicant will demonstrate their applied knowledge, skills and experiences against these essential role requirements of the Individual Contributor leadership stream:
- Demonstrated high level experience in, and understanding of, contemporary business governance and risk management practices including the ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and procedures;
- Experience in a criminal justice environment or similar human services/regulatory agency.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills to guide and develop innovative strategies for managing risk and resolving issues;
- Proven capability to communicate with influence with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to enable the achievement of agency objectives and proven ability to manage ongoing productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically to resolve issues, inform decision making and identify and implement business improvement initiatives;
- High level of skill in setting priorities, coordinating activities and meeting timeframes in an agile environment;
- Ability to navigate and utilise corporate data information systems and demonstrated experience in the preparation of performance reports.
- Demonstrated ability to act with high levels of integrity, and make ethical, evidence-based decisions, as well as an appreciation for diversity and equity in the workplace.
