About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to join our team and deliver crucial administrative and operational support across several key business functions. You’ll play an important part in supporting our nationwide branch network and helping ensure the smooth daily running of our operations, all from our Head Office in Norwest, Sydney.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working across multiple areas of a business, and is confident managing tasks independently.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and coordination support across key operational functions.
- Assist with finance tasks such as Capex administration, business case preparation and reconciliations.
- Produce and maintain regular operational reports and support data accuracy.
- Support CRM compliance and provide general assistance to the national sales team.
- Assist with marketing activities, budget tracking and campaign coordination.
- Maintain business compliance documents.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Help drive process and system improvements across the business.
