Location: Gosford, Maitland, Lithgow, Parramatta or Wollongong. Hybrid working 2 days per week in an approved office.
This role sits within the Fines & Debt Division in the Operational Support team.
About the team
Operational Support are a team of diverse SMEs with varied responsibilities that support the daily operational functions of Revenue NSW Fines & Debt. We are a small and highly efficient team with three core functions;

Telephony & cloud tool management

System support and administration across 3 core Fines & Debt CRMs

Workforce planning and intraday performance management
Your day-to-day
As a WFMS Coordinator, you lead the delivery and continuous improvement of workforce management across a diverse range of business areas and provide leadership to compact WFM team operating in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
You maintain oversight of scheduling, short-term forecasting, real-time management, workforce systems and resource allocation, ensuring workforce outcomes align with operational priorities and customer demand.
A key aspect of the role is building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to understand upcoming business initiatives, operational changes and workforce impacts, ensuring appropriate planning and workforce readiness activities are in place. Using workforce data, operational insights and strategic thinking, you provide trusted advice, support business decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve workforce performance, efficiency and capability.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

Demonstrated and applied knowledge of workforce planning and management methodologies and reporting principles.

Experience using workforce management software and applications.

Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.

Demonstrate experience delivering and managing projects, performing analysis, and developing recommendations for continuous improvement programs.

Ability to plan and allocate workflow to meet business needs whilst overseeing and managing a team of high performing SMEs.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Ability to work on a 7am to 7pm rotation.
