Blossom and Bloom Therapy Services is looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our friendly and supportive team on a subcontracting basis.

Position Details
- Subcontracting position
- Minimum 1-2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase your caseload over time

About the Role
You will provide assessment and intervention to a mixed caseload of NDIS and private clients, predominantly working with paediatric through to young adult clients across a generalist speech pathology caseload.
Areas of practice may include:
- Speech sound disorders
- Receptive and expressive language
- Social communication
- Early language development
- Literacy
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), where appropriate
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Be eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or be working towards eligibility)
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be passionate about providing family-centred, evidence-based therapy
- Work independently while also enjoying being part of a supportive team
