As our Sales & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business, improving conversion rates, and building a high-performing team, all while delivering a seamless end-to-end experience for our customers.
The successful candidate must have experience in the removals industry and be confident using Google Sheets, CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales management processes.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage all incoming enquiries from phone, website, email, and online platforms.
● Lead and coach the sales team to maximise conversion rates.
● Ensure every lead is followed up promptly.
● Monitor quotes, bookings, deposits, and lost opportunities.
● Manage daily office operations and booking schedules.
● Work closely with dispatch to ensure smooth job allocation.
● Build and maintain Google Sheets dashboards and reports.
● Analyse sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Develop and implement sales processes and KPIs.
● Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
● Ensure pricing is accurate and consistent.
● Produce daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
● Train new staff and maintain high service standards.
Essential Requirements
● Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the removals industry.
● Proven experience managing a sales team.
● Strong understanding of local and interstate removals.
● Advanced Google Sheets skills, including formulas, reporting, and dashboards.
● Experience using CRM or booking systems.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Strong organisational and time management abilities.
● Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: $60,663.30 – $151,035.61 per year
