Front of House Position
We are looking for passionate FOH staff to join our dynamic team at Young’s Wine Rooms.

Youngs Wine Rooms is an exuberant, fast-paced restaurant with a strong focus on wine. Located in the former auction rooms on Camberwell Road, the restaurant brings a slice of Italy to the heart of Camberwell. Young’s offers a variety of dining experiences, from intimate dates to large functions and events, it is a place for all occasions.
A bit about you:
- Reliable and hardworking team player that takes pride in their work
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality
- Able to identify problems and respond to them effectively
- Have sound knowledge of food and wine (Desirable but not necessary)
- Positive and professional disposition towards work
- RSA Certificate
- You are committed to delivering unforgettable guest experiences

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing equipment station for service
- Greet guests politely and take a la carte orders
- Understand and suggest our menu items to customers
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
- Present and pour wines
- Inform the kitchen of any allergies or dietary requirements
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organisation of assigned service area
- Complete closing duties as assigned
- Proactively carry out duties as instructed by management
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
