Due to the rapid scaling of our global eco-conscious supply chains and manufacturing networks, we are looking for a highly sophisticated, data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key responsibilities & core tasks (but not limited to):
- Route Activity & Shipment Management: Actively monitor, map, and manage end-to-end route activities. This includes conducting advanced shipment tracing, analyzing carrier performance metrics, and optimizing transit lanes to minimize delivery lead times across international and local networks.
- Financial & Electronic Document Governance: Oversee and analyze the data workflows for supply chain financials, ensuring the precision of electronic bills of lading, freight invoicing, and customs documentation to mitigate billing discrepancies and streamline vendor payouts.
- Strategic System Analysis: Analyze product delivery pipelines and multi-tiered agricultural waste supply chains using data-driven modeling to evaluate operational efficiency and recommend structural upgrades.
- Process Re-engineering & CI Optimization: Identify business and organizational gaps through the rigorous application of continuous improvement (CI) and change methodologies. Prepare and present formal business proposals to senior leadership to alter workflows, adjust methods, and redefine operational job functions.
- Demand Forecasting & Resource Planning: Build predictive demand-forecasting and inventory-analysis models to calculate optimal safety stock thresholds for season-dependent agricultural materials, reducing warehouse overhead tracking while safeguarding resource continuity.
- Supply Chain Risk Mitigation: Continually assess global logistical vulnerabilities, seasonal harvest variations, and supplier risks to formulate written contingency plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate directly with internal procurement, warehousing, and finance divisions, alongside external farming partners and suppliers, to integrate operational workflows and optimize resource allocation.
