Lead College Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Course Coordinator for Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design who will be responsible from student commencement through to completion. This is a continuing full time (Monday to Friday) role.
As the Course Coordinator, you will be able to deliver proficient and operative academic services in the College. You will operate within a team framework and provide high level client-focused academic and student administration support to the College’s programs. The role has a strong customer service orientation and you will work closely with academic and professional staff.
Key role and responsibilities
- To assure the quality of the programs delivery
- Management of trainers
- Quality of assessment
- Provision of learning resources (Physical, online)
- Manage work placement
- Be part of complaint and appeal process
- Ensuring Continuous improvement
- Making sure ACWA guidelines are implemented on Diploma of Community services
- Organizing regular meetings with trainers
- Organizing PDs for staff
- Engaging industry representatives
- Student Career Counselling
- Participating in Validation and moderation.
You must have:
- About You: Experience in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector compliance. Excellent understanding of training packages, ASQA, RTO 2015 and ESOS National Code.
- Experience and knowledge of VET and CRICOS course delivery schedules, time tables, allocations and building client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively meet deadlines
- qualification in community work, social welfare, human services, social work or the like and at least 3 years relevant 7 industry experience. Their qualification must be equivalent to or higher than the course they coordinate
- Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
- Hold Diploma & Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design
- Experience in teaching and developing a curriculum and learning materials
- MS Office experience
- Must have full working rights within Australia

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
