Your responsibilities will include:
- Experience and high level of understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and the broader Microsoft Dynamics application stack.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Significant experience applying business analysis methodologies and techniques within complex enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle management.

Significant experience working within Agile/SCRUM software development and project delivery environments.
-
Proven experience working across multiple teams to achieve successful system and business outcomes.

Excellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

Strong understanding of maintenance and service management processes.

Experience supporting enterprise business applications within complex operational environments.

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to haves:-
Experience working within Defence, Aerospace, or highly regulated industries.

Experience with SAP ERP systems

Understanding of ERP financial concepts and business operations.

Experience with requirements-based testing and test management tools.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

About you:
As a Senior ERP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of business solutions across a range of enterprise applications, including the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
Responsibilities-
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.

Develop solution designs in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Define test strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.

Support implementation activities, including unit testing and solution validation.
-
Investigate and resolve issues identified during software development, integration, and testing activities.
-
Contribute to the delivery of enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Work closely with Agile delivery teams to overcome project challenges and deliver successful outcomes.

Support and mentor junior analysts and development team members.
-
Engage with stakeholders across logistics, supply chain, maintenance, and sustainment functions.
