Role overview:
The Pricing & Revenue Manager at Who Gives A Crap is responsible for developing and executing data-driven pricing, promotional, and revenue strategies to improve profitable growth across global markets. The role sits within the Commercial Strategy & Insights team and focuses on using analytics, financial modelling, and market insights to optimise customer value and business performance.
Key responsibilities:
Develop pricing strategies, price architecture, and revenue optimisation plans across markets and sales channels.
Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional performance.
Build financial models covering price elasticity, ROI, unit economics, manufacturing costs, logistics costs, and profitability scenarios.
Evaluate promotions and recommend improvements to increase commercial returns.
Partner with commercial, marketing, finance, supply chain, and retail teams to implement pricing decisions.
Support retail expansion decisions through SKU, range, and revenue modelling.
Typical requirements:
Experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/data modelling capability.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
