About the opportunity
In this highly rewarding role, your primary focus will be to lead and develop a high performing sales team within our
Hunter and Mid North Coast Region. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide input into new product development and marketing initiatives
- Lead, develop and motivate to promote high performing teams
- Guide the Hunter and Mid North Coast team to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved
- Work towards achieving the best result for our customers
- Maintain weekly sales meetings as well as regular one-on-one sessions with consultants
- Organise off-site seminars, workshops, and team bonding days to keep morale high and ensure the team is always growing and improving
- Be responsible for recruiting and developing talent both inside and outside of the industry to build a high performing team
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia’s number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Experience working within the residential building industry
- Brings a genuine team-first mindset, with a passion for the business and a desire to uplift others
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and eagerness to learn
- Strong management skills with a proven aptitude to lead and develop effective teams
- Demonstrate strong influencing and well-developed negotiation skills with the ability to quickly build trusting relationships
- A passion for driving systems and day to day practices to enhance results across the team
You will hold a current-driver’s license and have regular access to a reliable vehicle.
Some weekend work is required to meet the availability of our customers.
