As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity, independence and choice. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive health outcomes while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for person-centred aged care
- Experience working with people living with dementia, or a willingness to develop this expertise
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a rotating roster

The successful applicant will be required to:
