Physiotherapist (Independent Contractor)
Move to Thrive Physio – Macquarie Centre, North Ryde NSW
Start Date: 11 July
Move to Thrive Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join us as an independent contractor at our Macquarie Park location, inside Fitness First at Macquarie Centre.
This is a genuine opportunity to help build and grow a clinic presence in one of Sydney's busiest commercial and retail precincts. The site is still young, which means the right clinician has real room to shape their own caseload and grow it with the support of an established practice, referral network, and active marketing behind them.
You'll work from a private treatment room in a professional setting, with an online booking system and clinical software provided. You'll manage your own appointment payments through the practice's systems, which keep this straightforward.
The arrangement
This is an independent contractor role (ABN required). Rather than a flat hourly rate, you'll be paid a percentage of treatment fees billed, so your earnings grow directly as your caseload does. We're happy to talk through the detail at interview.
Days and hours are flexible. The role suits someone starting at around one to two days per week, with clear scope to build from there as demand grows.
About you
You're a fully qualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration and a few years of clinical experience in private practice or a similar setting. You're confident managing your own caseload, comfortable working independently, and good with people. You hold a valid ABN and current professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Experience with musculoskeletal presentations, sports injuries, and exercise-based rehabilitation is ideal. A second language spoken in the local community is a genuine asset given the area we're in, though not essential.
What we offer
A fully equipped private treatment room, access to rehabilitation gym equipment, an online booking and clinical system, and the marketing and referral backing of an established practice.
How to apply
If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you. Apply with your CV and a short note covering your experience and the days you'd be available. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview.
