What you'll do
As the Applications Officer, you will provide end-to-end support for enterprise applications, maintaining a strong understanding of application functionality and business requirements to ensure reliable service delivery. You will maintain enterprise applications in accordance with Queensland Health policies, standards and practices, and work autonomously to investigate, troubleshoot and test the impacts of changes to application components to ensure defined service levels are achieved. In addition, you will contribute to the development and review of Business and Operational Plans that align with departmental and branch objectives, supporting the ongoing delivery of high-quality digital services across the organisation.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
Demonstrated ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management. (SFIA: USUP Level 3, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 3, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 2)
Desirable experience in managing the day to day system administration of enterprise applications (SFIA: ASUP Level 4)
