What you’ll do
Train, develop and mentor a high-performing team of DC Inventory Specialists across your zone
Oversee and improve zone DC performance against critical metrics, including Carton Accuracy, Damage Free delivery, Service Level, Inventory Record Compliance and Ullage
Manage, track and report on the financial implications of inventory accuracy, focusing on reducing stock loss and damages to improve overall business profitability
Solve complex DC inventory issues using a data-driven approach and root cause analysis
Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including DC Systems, Operations, Transport, Replenishment and independent audit teams
Oversee business critical inventory functions such as Vendor Returns, Inter-Warehouse Transfers, slotting via Family/Aisle Grouping, New Lines/Deletions and DC Master Data
What You’ll Bring
A logical, pragmatic and data driven E2E mindset with a heavy emphasis on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Proven capabilities in people management, coaching, talent mentoring, succession planning and driving organisational transformation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate meetings and influence senior stakeholders.
A highly structured approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results within agreed time frames
