We’re looking for a Lending Officer to join our friendly and high-performing lending team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll engage directly with customers, assess loan applications, and help guide them through the lending process from application to funding.
The Role
As a Lending Officer, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and progressing loan applications while delivering a positive, professional customer experience across phone, SMS and email.
You’ll work closely with your team to ensure applications are assessed accurately, submitted efficiently, and funded on time — all while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and analysing loan applications with care, accuracy and efficiency
- Engaging with customers via phone, SMS and email to gather information and provide updates
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service and building rapport
- Working collaboratively with the lending team to meet approval and funding timeframes
- Contributing to individual and team performance targets
About You
You don’t need years of lending experience to succeed here — we’re more interested in your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
