About the Role
This is a diverse community-based Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathaologist position with a hybrid model of clinic and community appointments. No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across a broad range of client presentations and settings.
Your caseload may include paediatric, adolescent, adult and aged care clients living with congenital or acquired disabilities, physical, intellectual or psychosocial conditions. There is also the opportunity to participate in outreach services to remote communities if desired.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering evidence-based, person-centred assessments and interventions
Functional Capacity Assessments
Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
Minor and major Home Modifications
Neurological rehabilitation
24-hour positioning assessments
Vehicle modification recommendations
Skill development and capacity building
Clinical documentation and report writing
Liaising with families, support coordinators and other stakeholders
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes
You’ll receive ongoing support from experienced Senior and Lead Occupational Therapists, along with an established administration team and dedicated Resource Officer to assist with scheduling and non-clinical tasks.

About You
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist & Speech Pathologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care and enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team.
You will have:
A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
A Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to evidence-based practice
The ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
