Entertainment Park is looking for friendly, organised, and customer-focused individuals to join our Registration & Front Desk Team at our brand-new Penrith venue.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and exciting experience from the moment customers arrive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and multitasking skills.
About the Role:
As a Registration & Front Desk Team Member, you will assist guests with bookings, registrations, payments, and general enquiries while ensuring smooth venue operations. You will help create a positive and professional experience for all guests visiting Entertainment Park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Assisting customers with registrations, bookings, waivers, and enquiries
- Operating the point-of-sale system and processing payments accurately
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally
- Providing guests with information about attractions, pricing, and promotions
- Coordinating customer flow and assisting during busy periods
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area
- Supporting other departments when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
- Confidence using computers and point-of-sale systems
