The Opportunity
UGL is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing team delivering major utilities and infrastructure projects.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery across cost, time and quality targets. Working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager, you will manage upstream and downstream contract administration for goods, materials and services while ensuring compliance with UGL standards, legislation and best commercial practice
This role is based in Rivervale with regular travel to our site in Narrogin.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all contract administration activities for the project.

Prepare accurate, on‑time payment claims in line with head contract and Security of Payments legislation.

Review and coordinate subcontractor payment claims and variations.

Monitor contract securities, insurances, claims and variations.

Administer subcontract agreements to ensure delivery against cost, quality and schedule targets.

Coordinate with Project, Design and Construction Managers to ensure on‑time delivery of goods and services.

Support monthly internal and external project reporting (e.g., S‑curves, earned value ratios, productivity).

Conduct preliminary commercial evaluation of subcontractor tenders.

Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience desirable.
