We are a small Support Company based in the North Gold Coast, looking for a male support worker to join our team. We work mostly with children under 16 years, most with ASD. Experience in Disability or working with children of some kind is necessary, and knowledge of ASD is definitely helpful! We offer fairly active shifts so I would love our team to be fit and able to run around with the younger kids.
- One client looking for a younger male (Late 20's-early 30's)
- One client looking for an older male in his 50's
Some of the shifts may entail:
- School pick ups and drop offs
- Transport to therapy
- Afternoon sport activities
- Bathing, dinner/night-time routine
- Going to theme parks, swimming, trampoline parks etc.
- Beach walks, homework help/homeschooling assistance
Rate between $36ph - $41 p/h based on experience and qualifications.
Shifts will mostly be community based but some in home as well. Mostly north Gold Coast (Coomera, Helensvale, Paradise Point, Ormeau, Pimpama, but some in Arundel/Ashmore)
Must hold all the relevant qualifications.
