Senior Specialist, People Operations
The Senior Specialist is responsible for the delivery, continuous improvement, and governance of people processes across the employee lifecycle for the APAC region. The role provides expert operational support to leaders, employees, and People & Culture colleagues, ensuring a high-quality employee experience, regulatory compliance, and the effective administration of people systems and processes. The position partners closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence, process standardisation, data integrity, and service effectiveness
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage and oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal movements, organisational changes, leave management, and offboarding.
HR Operations & Service Delivery
Systems & Data Management
Policy, Compliance & Governance
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR).
