Intereach has an internal opportunity available for an individual looking to step into the backfill position of Program Manager – LAC.
The Program Manager provides operational management and staff leadership to support the development of a high performing team and a service culture that promotes person centred outcomes that reflect the rights of people with disability to exercise choice and control over their life.
This is a full-time role from 16 January 2026 to 30 January 2026.
This role can be based in any of our offices.
The role has been classified under the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services (SCHCADS) Award as a Level 6, with an hourly starting salary of $55.72 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
