NTT Data are seeking a Test Analyst to join a Victorian government department program of work focused on improving the delivery of emergency assistance and support services for communities impacted by emergencies.

- Hybrid work arrangement – 3 days per week in office
- Melbourne CBD location
This is an opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst to contribute to the enhancement of a large scale CRM platform supporting critical community services. Working alongside a collaborative team of analysts, developers and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a complex technology solution. We're specifically seeking someone with proven experience testing applications within a Scrum Agile environment, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and execute testing activities across project deliverables
- Design and maintain test cases, test plans and other testing artefacts
- Perform system, integration, compatibility and regression testing
- Ensure test coverage aligns to business requirements and user stories
- Manage defects, participate in defect triage and provide test reporting
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT)
- Assist business stakeholders with test case preparation and execution
- Work closely with developers, business analysts and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Analyst
- Strong experience using Azure DevOps and associated testing extensions/tools such as Browser Stack, Test and Feedback
- Experience with test management, test execution and defect tracking within Azure DevOps
- Proven experience delivering testing across system, integration, compatibility and regression testing phases
- Experience creating and maintaining testing documentation and artefacts
- Strong understanding of defect management processes and test reporting
- Experience supporting UAT and production verification activities
- Previous experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience assisting business users with test case development and execution
