About the Role: Are you a dedicated and motivated Contracts Manager? Would you like to work with a collaborative and supportive team?
The Facilities Management Contracts Team is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver and manage complex, performance-based service contracts to join their team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes, including planning, tendering, evaluation and contract negotiation, while managing maintenance contracts and working closely with Contractors, internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a team-oriented professional with strong communication, organisational, and computer skills, who can build effective relationships and contribute as a reliable and adaptable team member.
