We have a part-time Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator role based at our Alexandria office. We are open to this being a part-time employee role or a contractor on an ABN arrangement.
We are a specialist residential and remedial builder working across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. We deliver complex renovations and remedial works for homeowners, architects, engineers and strata managers, and we are not your regular builder. The work is high-end and the results speak for themselves, so we want someone who can show that off properly.
This is a chance to take ownership of the marketing side of our business and grow it. You will lead our content creation, digital marketing, CRM management and marketing automation, all aimed at supporting our continued growth.
This role suits someone who can tell a good story with photos and words. You will turn our finished and in-progress projects into content that shows the quality of what we do, and you will own our email marketing and nurture, growing and developing it as the business grows. There is no shortage of strong before-and-after material to work with. You will be equally comfortable creating content on site, managing and optimising marketing campaigns, building automated workflows and analysing performance to spot opportunities to improve.
What you'll be doing
Social media management and content creation
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Plan, create and schedule content for our social channels
- Write captions and social copy
- Engage with our community and respond to messages
- Capture and edit photo and video content from our sites, or coordinate external providers where needed
- Track performance and growth metrics
- Identify trends and opportunities
Brand and marketing support
- Champion our email marketing and nurture, and build it out over time
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and lead generation
- Keep our brand looking consistent across everything we put out
- Track what's working and report back simply
Website management
- Update and improve our website on Squarespace
- Improve website structure, user experience and SEO performance
- Create and maintain project portfolio pages
- Update company information, services and staff profiles
What we're looking for
- 2 to 3 years in a similar digital marketing or content role for a business
- Confident shooting and editing photo and video on a phone or camera
- A good eye for design and a clear, natural writing style
- Comfortable across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and email marketing tools
- Experience with Squarespace, or able to pick it up quickly
- Organised and able to run your own work week with minimal supervision
- A bonus if you have worked in construction, property, architecture or trades
- Another bonus if you can fly a drone
- Full working rights in Australia
