The Senior Project Manager Common Modernised Systems will manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information Management) Project and other Common Modernised System projects as required.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder digital transformation program of statewide significance. The role leads the planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of the SAP HRIS, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to agreed strategic, academic, and operational requirements across the TAFE network.
As the Senior Project Manager (HRIS), your key responsibilities include:

Successfully lead the development and implementation of the SAP HRIS project on time and within budget.

Effectively plan and problem solve to deliver quality outcomes.

Evaluate underperforming areas of the project and work with the Director TAFE Transformation to develop and implement solutions.

Manage the development and maintenance of the integrated project plan, delivery roadmap, milestones, risks and issues, dependencies, and critical path.

Manage delivery across internal teams, partner TAFEs, and Implementation partner.

Ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, objectives, quality standards, and requirements.

Proactively monitor and track the progress and intended benefits of projects.

Demonstrate Chisholm’s values in day-to-day interactions when leading the project and workstreams.

Manage cross-functional collaboration and input within the organisation and with external stakeholders.

Ensure delivery of project communications and ensure alignment with Chisholm policies, branding and values.

Consult with a wide range of internal and/or external stakeholders as required.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to create and manage project scope documents and schedules/project plans.

ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or workstreams.
Qualifications required for the role:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or a related field or equivalent experience

Project Management Certification or relevant experience (desirable)
