We are seeking an intuitive and experienced Building Associate to work closely with the General Managers and Traffic Controllers/Road Crew in the daily running of our Traffic management setups that allow our Road Crew(s) to carry out repairs and construction across multiple roads in West Australia on a 2:1 (2 weeks on, 1 week off) FIFO roster.
Detailed Description of Duties and Tasks:
- To Act as the primary liaison between Construction Managers and site crews to communicate, plan, and execute daily workplace targets and task distributions
- Interpret and efficiently implement project plans, health and safety regulations, and relevant codes of practice.
- Prepare daily task breakdowns, material lists, and structural specificationsto guide site crews and subcontractors.
- Develop, edit and revise traffic management plans, site charts, and construction drawings
- Co-ordinate works programs and schedules for employees
- Inspecting work areas and equipment to ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, work standards, and specifications and verify compliance with engineering specs.
- Analyze historical tracking data to estimate accurate time frames for each project
- Gather and analyse of data using specialised work equipment that support our daily operations and progress reporting.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a civil construction or traffic management.
- Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol Screening
- AWTM & BWTM/TC Tickets required
- S26 Supervisor Course
- Minimum C-Class Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
Other desirable courses/tickets:
- Heavy Rigid Truck Licence

- Salary: $157,000 base salary per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
Pay: $157,000.00 per year
