Join Tesla’s groundbreaking Body Repair Program and help reshape the automotive repair industry. You’ll work with internally developed programs and management systems that revolutionise the body‑repair estimating and repair process. As part of the team that triages all necessary information and parts, you’ll ensure repairs are completed in industry‑leading time, getting our customers’ vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. What You'll Do
Assist estimators with administrative tasks, scheduling, and ad‑hoc projects.
Proactively communicate with insurance partners to submit claims.
Liaise between insurance partners and the body shop.
Manage email and SMS correspondence efficiently.
Maintain your work schedule and meet internal deadlines.
Communicate with customers, setting clear expectations and providing updates.
Coordinate rental‑vehicle reservations.
Review repair plans and support estimation activities under the guidance of an experienced estimator.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
