About the Role
As an Associate, Industry Missions, you will play a key role in delivering investment attraction and industry development initiatives across NSW’s priority sectors. You will support the design and delivery of strategies that engage industry and attract investment, driving economic growth and government priorities.
This role involves collaborating across government and with external industry stakeholders, managing project workstreams, and preparing high-quality briefing materials. You will be part of a team driving investment and growth in areas where NSW has strong competitive advantages, including sectors linked to housing, advanced manufacturing, clean energy, agrifood, defence and aerospace, and digital technologies

We're Looking For

Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients or investor groups to deliver shared outcomes.
- Project Coordination and Delivery: Demonstrated ability to coordinate project activities, manage competing priorities and track deliverables to support the successful delivery of complex initiatives.

Communication and Insight: Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources and prepare clear, high-quality briefs, correspondence and insight to support informed decision-making.

Presentation and Pitch Support: Confidence preparing and coordinating high-quality presentations and pitch materials that support engagement with industry and investors.
