Elite Walls and Fencing is growing fast and we're on the hunt for experienced labourers who know what they're doing.
We need strong, hardworking lads with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in retaining walls, fencing or construction — people who can hit the ground running, pull their weight, and get stuck in from day one.
The Role:
- Retaining walls
- Fencing
- General labouring on site
What you'll be doing:
- Digging footings and trenches (by hand and assisting machine operators)
- Carting and stacking sleepers, posts, and materials around site
- Mixing and pouring concrete for post holes and footings
- Cutting sleepers and timber to size
- Backfilling, compacting, and levelling behind walls
- Installing ag pipe and drainage gravel
- Setting out levels and string lines under direction of the supervisor
- Site clean-up and loading/unloading the ute and trailer
- General site duties as directed
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00-7:00am start
- 38 hours per week
Pay: From $33/hour (depending on experience)

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in landscaping, retaining walls, fencing or construction
- White Card (required)
- Driver's licence and own vehicle (required)
- Physically fit, strong, and able to handle long days on the tools
- Reliable, punctual, and answer your phone
- Good attitude and ready to work
