Core Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assisting with safe daily routines, grooming, showering, and hygiene management with dignity and respect.
- Daily Living & Companionship: Providing meaningful social support, engaging conversation, and building independence.
- Community Access & Transport: Assisting with community outings, appointments, and social activities to enhance quality of life.
Requirements
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Valid Australian Driver's License and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Police Check Certificate
- Excellent communication, punctuality, and an empathetic approach.
- Prior experience in disability, aged care, or personal care support is highly regarded.
Pay: $25.24 – $51.36 per hour
