We are a leading hospitality provider located along the iconic Great Northern Highway in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Prepare staff work schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality and presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
- Assist with marketing promotions and special events.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and ingredients.
- Assist in cost control by reducing waste and managing portion sizes.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
The suitable applicants should:
- Have minimum of two-year relevant working experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order management software.
- Experience with the H&L system is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of health regulations and food service compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
The employer will offer:
- A full-time contract for at least 3 years, extendable for further term.
- An annual salary of $75,000 - $80,000 (negotiable) + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidates with relevant qualification and experience.
