Our client is recruiting for a bar and gaming attendant to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to all guests
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting
- Upholding the responsible service of alcohol
- Experience with TAB is highly regarded
- Handling money in a responsible way
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the venue and ensuring personal hygiene of the venue and facilities is up to standards
- Maintaining responsible RCG practices
- Monitoring guest behaviour
- Resolving floor enquiries
Essential Criteria
- Must have a current RSA & RCG Certificate
- Must be available to work weekends particularly afternoons and nights.
- Ability to solve problems as they arise
- Strong attention to detail
