About the role
Join the Sub Acute Ambulatory Care Services (SACS) team and provide professional, patient-focused administrative support across Community Therapy Services, Specialist Clinics, Direct Access and Post-Acute Care.
As a SACS Administration Assistant, you will be a key point of contact for patients and referring services, supporting clinic bookings, reception, data entry and a broad range of administrative activities. Working closely with the Practice Manager, SACS Manager and clinical teams, you will help maintain efficient, accurate and patient-focused administrative processes.
Key Accountabilities
Provide administrative support working within the Sub acute services
Generate and input of data and reporting, telephone management, invoicing, reception and a broad range of administrative duties.
Make significant contributions to the ongoing success of the SACS team.
Develop processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy is maintained.
About You
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands and timelines
Excellent PC, MS Office and database management skills
Energetic administration skills including data entry, telephone management and attention to detail
