Admin / Junior Graphic Designer.
Lewis Hotels Group is a growing hospitality group with venues across Sydney. We are seeking a reliable and well‑organised Admin support / Junior Graphic Designer to provide administrative and practical creative support to the CEO, Human Resources Manager and Group Graphic Designer.This is a hands‑on support role combining office administration, document management and junior‑level graphic design tasks.
About the role:
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and HR Manager
- Assist the Group Graphic Designer with day‑to‑day tasks
- Print, trim and prepare menus, signage and internal materials
- Update and resize existing design files as directed
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Scan, organise and archive documents
- Assist with basic office coordination and ad‑hoc tasks
About you
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Junior graphic design experience or relevant study is advantages
- Comfortable using Word, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Practical, hands‑on and detail‑focused
- Able to follow instructions and brand guidelines
- Reliable, well presented and able to manage deadlines
- Hospitality or multi‑site business experience is an advantage
