We are currently seeking a Chef to work with our restaurant team in Melbourne CBD.

What you will need:
At least 1-2 years of Sushi & Sashimi experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
At least 1 year of fish cutting exp at the Sushi restaurant.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Australian working rights or appropriate visa.

20-38 hours per week, including weekends.
Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

Weekday : $35.15/h + Super.
Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
